Maryam has continued her remarkable run of success at the 35th Selangor Age Group Swimming Championship 2026.

Maryam has continued her remarkable run of success at the 35th Selangor Age Group Swimming Championship 2026 (SAG), held at the National Aquatic Centre from 8–11 January.

Competing against the state’s top talent, Maryam delivered a powerhouse performance, earning the title of Most Valuable Swimmer – 1st Runner Up.

The Medal Haul:

· 6 Gold Medals

· 4 Silver Medals

· 2 Bronze Medals

Technical Excellence Beyond the podium, Maryam demonstrated incredible technical skill by achieving Category A standards in the following events:

· 50m Freestyle

· 50m Butterfly

· 100m Butterfly

What’s Next? Based on these exceptional results, Maryam has been selected for the Selangor State Swimming Team (Category A). She will compete at the 61st MILO/MAS Malaysia Invitational Age Group Swimming Championship (MIAG)—a key qualifying meet for the 48th SEA Age Group Championship.
