APSS Secondary SCU Team organised a series of fundraising activities for secondary students in support of Street Child United (SCU)

PETALING JAYA - From 23rd to 25th April 2024, the APSS Secondary SCU Team organised a series of fundraising activities for secondary students in support of Street Child United (SCU), the official charity partner of ISP. SCU campaigns for the rights and protection of street-connected young people, and ISP schools actively contribute by raising awareness and funds for their cause.
The three-day campaign featured a range of engaging events, including the SCU x Thriftee Haunted House, SCU Charity Sales and Games, and the SCU Awareness Campaign. These initiatives successfully raised RM 5,930, demonstrating the generosity and commitment of the APSS community.
Through this partnership with SCU, ISP students have the opportunity to connect with and support some of the most vulnerable young people worldwide. The fundraising efforts not only contribute to a meaningful cause but also help students develop empathy, leadership, and a sense of social responsibility.
By participating in initiatives like this, APSS students are empowered to make a positive impact on society, reinforcing the importance of giving back and creating change for a better future.
