The APSS U15 Rugby Team, proudly known as the Black Mambas, participated in the prestigious MBPJ Cobra Mini 10’s 2025 tournament held on 8–9 November. Over the two-day competition, the boys showcased determination, teamwork, and resilience, ultimately securing 8th place. This achievement is especially noteworthy as they faced strong and experienced opposition, including well-established teams such as Cobra, KL Tigers, and KL Saracens. Despite the challenging matches, the Black Mambas demonstrated commendable spirit and continuous improvement throughout the tournament. Each game provided the players with invaluable exposure, helping them refine their tactical understanding, build confidence, and strengthen team cohesion. The experience gained marks an important milestone in their sporting journey and serves as a solid foundation for their future development. The tournament also highlighted the growing potential of the team, reinforcing their commitment to excellence both on and off the field. Their efforts reflect the school’s dedication to nurturing disciplined, skilled, and sportsmanlike athletes. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all parents who devoted their time over the weekend to support the team. Your encouragement, presence, and assistance from cheering on the sidelines to helping with logistics played a significant role in lifting the boys’ morale and ensuring a smooth and memorable tournament experience.
